Joining our ‘Children Act’ team

Our firm is continually evolving and growing, and we are looking for other family law professionals to join our friendly and motivated team.

We are a great bunch to work with (or so we think!), and we want to find others that have the same passion and work ethos as we do. Finding the right person is crucial. This isn’t just a job, it’s something we live and breathe, and we would love to find like-minded professionals to share that with.

We are keen to know about your previous experience and why you want to work in children and family law. Knowing the ‘why’ is a huge question and one that will determine your fit with our company…absolutely no pressure there then!

Case management and excellent client care are at the heart of what we do, so being trustworthy, a good communicator, having an eye for detail (and grammar!), understanding the importance of confidentiality and having an awareness of the need for complete impartiality are the qualities we are drawn to.

Previous background within law is desirable, too, even if you are considering a change from another area of the law. We are prepared to accommodate the change of direction for the right person.

We are also happy to provide you with training so that your work is up to our required standards, and we will, where needed, assist you in becoming suitably qualified and regulated (although this is at our discretion and not an invitation to treat).

Our roles embrace home working, and we try to come to mutually convenient arrangements. Family life is important to us, and we are investors in people.
