Joining our ‘Divorce’ team

We are particularly keen to develop and grow our family divorce and separation team. For this role, we are looking for people with at least three to five years of recent and relevant experience within a legal practice area.

A current and detailed working knowledge of the new Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Act 2020 (‘DDSA’) is desirable; along with the right attitude towards the role, it could make you the perfect fit for our team.

As with many other law firms, we want to develop a safe practice where one lawyer represents both parties, but only in cases deemed suitable and conflict-free. This is new territory for all law firms, so let’s lead the way to better, conflict-free divorce resolutions!

Being a firm at the forefront of these changes is exciting for us, and we are eager to set the industry standards for other firms climbing the same ladder.
